Approved Books & Movies

Below you will find links to books and media approved by the National CASA/GAL Association. Please remember, National CASA will only allow books/audiobooks to count towards 4 in-service hours.

When entering the book you've read or movie you've watched into OPTIMA, please use Other for 'Training Topic' and Independent Study for 'Training Format'. In the note section enter in the name of the book/movie.

The Sioux Falls CASA office has a library with many of the books on these lists. You are welcome to check them out at any time.
